Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We currently ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times after shipment vary by USPS service selected at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the USPS website.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@blackjacketdiscs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
